From I-40: Take Fayetteville Road (exit 276).
If coming from the east, turn left onto Fayetteville Road and cross over I-40.
If coming from the west, turn right.
Take first left onto Herndon Road.

From 54 East: At Fayetteville Road stoplight, turn left onto Fayetteville Road. Cross over
I-40, turn left onto Herndon Road.
The clinic will be on your left.

From 54 West: At Fayetteville Road stoplight, turn right onto Fayetteville Road. Cross over
I-40, turn left onto Herndon Road.
The clinic will be on your left.
